Chicken with orange and ginger glaze




ingredients:4 skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound or 500 grams)1 / 3 cup orange marmalade1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger root or ½ teaspoon ground ginger1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Preparation:Spray with nonstick spray 10-inch skillet, heat over medium high. Cook chicken for 5 minutes or until starting to brown, flip. Add remaining ingredients, reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thickened and chicken is cooked. Before serving, split the chicken into thin slices. With a spoon, add the sauce over the chicken.
Serves 4
