my favorite is the pork chop with creamy legs

            


Ingredients for 4 people:1 rack of lamb 1.5 kg1 sprig rosemaryOlive oilSea salt flakesThymeSalt and pepper
For the cream of potato200 ml. double cream100 ml. milk100 grams of butterSalt and pepperOlive oil
How to prepare:
Salt and pepper Cut the rack of lamb.
Preheat the oven to 200 º C and introduction of the rack with olive oil on top.
Dora When the temperature is lowered to 180 º C, are irrigated with more oil and rosemary is added. We keep it another 15 minutes until it is crispy outside and juicy inside.
To make the cream and wash the potatoes without peel, boil in salted water about 20 minutes, they will be tender. Drain, peel and chop. Then mix them in a saucepan with the cream, milk and butter to boil for 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper and mash until it is creamy.
Serve and enjoy together.
