Pina Colada

      Ingredients:
          
or 1 small pineapple (40 ml)
          
or 20ml Malibu (white rum, coconut liqueur)
          
or 20ml of white rum
          
mangaroca or 20ml (coconut whipped)
          
or ice
    
* Preparation: extract the pulp of pineapple cut into small pieces being careful not to puncture it, and beat them with the other ingredients in an electric mixer. It can be served in the pineapple that we had previously emptied.
Substituting natural pineapple can prepare pineapple juice into a shaker.
